I have an extensive background in project administration, quantitative analysis, research design, and dissemination, with demonstrated results.  My experience includes rigorous training as an epidemiologist and statistician, leadership of diverse teams, grant writing, research design, data analysis, and dissemination.  My technical skills are complemented by specific experience in the domains of chronic disease (HIV, diabetes and substance abuse), injury and medical education.   My scientific work motivated by my deep commitment to public health and health-related challenges that disproportionately affect underserved and vulnerable populations.
