I work as a Postdoctoral Scholar and am currently using proton NMR-based metabolomics to study changes in metabolism in both human and plant models with Dr. Carolyn Slupsky at the University of California Davis. 

I completed my graduate training in Nutritional Science with Dr. Alison Duncan at the University of Guelph and with Dr. Dan Ramdath at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada in Ontario, Canada. I have authored and co-authored several original research and review articles which have appeared in peer-reviewed journals such as Nutrients, Journal of Functional Foods, Food Research International, Journal of Nutrition, and Food & Function.
